It's been nearly three decades since I had my first CranioSacral treatment at a quaint little Massage Clinic in Carnation, WA. At the time I was a software test engineer for Microsoft Windows and was seriously in need of a break! I decided I needed to know more about how this seemingly almost 'magical' treatment worked and signed up for classes with the Upledger Institute for CranioSacral Therapy. This was the first of many life changing decisions that began the process of shifting my future goals to ones that serve to nuture and heal.
Over the years as life happened, incuding a 13 year side trip to Austin Texas where I was met with significant health challenges that made it necessary to turn back to my IT career ... but ... it was always my dream to one day leave all that behind and start living my future, but first I had to heal. I had been truly blessed with a whole bunch of training in multiple modalities to help me do just that, and my hope was that one day I would get to where I could offer that same opporunity to others in similar situations. That day has finally arrived!
I'm back in Washington state in a new practice offering Integrated Bodywork, Yoga, Sound Therapy and Yoga Lifestyle Training for self-care. I'm no longer available for Swedish Massage or injury treatment on insurance claims.
