It's been nearly three decades since I had my first CranioSacral treatment at a quaint little Massage Clinic in Carnation, WA. At the time I was a software test engineer for Microsoft Windows and was seriously in need of a break! I decided I needed to know more about how this seemingly almost 'magical' treatment worked and signed up for classes with the Upledger Institute for CranioSacral Therapy. This was the first of many life changing decisions that began the process of shifting my future goals to ones that serve to nuture and heal.
I have a private practice in Western Washington offering Integrated Bodywork, Yoga, Sound Therapy and Yoga Lifestyle Training for self-care. I'm no longer available for Swedish Massage or injury treatment on insurance claims.
